Meet Alyssa
Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed professional counselor and a licensed chemical dependency counselor. Early in my college journey, I discovered a deep passion for recovery—a community built on second chances, grace, and the opportunity to heal. I realized that supporting others in their journey toward recovery and personal growth wasn’t just a personal interest, but a calling I wanted to bring into my community. Grace Point Therapy PLLC offers a nurturing space for self-discovery, healing, and the restoration of hope.
My work as a therapist has allowed me to sit with people during vulnerable, complicated moments. . I’ve supported individuals across a range of experiences, from anxiety and grief to relationship challenges and addiction, in both community-based and clinical settings. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing happens through safety, honesty, and meaningful connection.
My approach to therapy is integrated and collaborative, rooted in compassion and curiosity. I draw from person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Expressive Arts to help clients explore deeper emotional experiences, process long-standing wounds, and gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back. Together, we work toward deeper understanding, emotional healing, and meaningful growth that extends beyond surface-level coping.
