Our Mission
Grace Point Therapy PLLC was formed with the purpose of creating a designated space where it’s okay to feel and process your experiences at your own pace. Our therapy is tailored to your needs using evidenced-based approaches with the goal of supporting and empowering you each step of the way. Starting therapy (or finding the right therapist) can feel intimidating. It's okay to feel uncertain or nervous. This process is about you, your healing, growth, and goals. If you’d like to connect, we offer a free 10–15 minute consultation to answer questions, explore your hopes for therapy, and discuss how we can work together.

Meet Alyssa
Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed professional counselor and a licensed chemical dependency counselor. Early in my college journey, I found myself deeply drawn to recovery. It is a community of second chances, grace, and opportunity to heal. I realized recovery and healing wasn’t just an interest I carried in my personal life, but something I wanted to expand on to grow for my community. Grace Point Therapy PPLC is a designated space for those who are craving to reconnect with themselves and to find hope again.
I have had the privilege of supporting individuals with addiction, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, relationship challenges, eating disorders, and self esteem challenges in both community-based and clinical settings.
My approach in therapy entails an integrated and collaborative approach. I often draw from person-centered therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Expressive Arts. I use these modalities with the purpose of gaining a better understanding of a person’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also offering practical tools to manage stress, increase self-awareness, and build emotional resilience.
