How Often is it Recommended to See a Therapist?
Each client’s treatment plan is tailored to their goals. Grace Point Therapy PLLC offers both in-person and virtual services. Frequency of sessions may vary depending on the severity of symptoms. On average, clients work with their therapist once a week for 60-minutes.

Payment Options
Grace Point Therapy PLLC accepts Cigna and Aetna.
For individuals who will be utilizing private pay, individual sessions are priced at $100. Grace Point Therapy PLLC does offer sliding scale, please contact us for more information.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Life happens! Grace Point Therapy PLLC does not charge a cancellation fee for appointments that are at least 24-hours in advance from the client’s scheduled appointment.
For no-shows and late cancellations, we offer a ONE time waived fee, however after the first occurrence, clients will be charged 50% of their session fee.

Does Grace Point Therapy PLLC Prescribe Medication?
No, our therapists are licensed mental health therapists who work with clients to meet their therapeutic goals.

What Can I Expect From Therapy?
Therapy is a unique experience that is tailored to each individual's needs. The initial phase of therapy will conistsent of the therapist getting to know you, the obstacles you may be experiencing, along with your hopes and goals for this experience. Once that is established, you and the therapist will begin expanding insight on your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, gaining a better understanding of yourself while developing the skills to make healthier changes in your life.
The length of therapy can vary from person to person. Our therapists will utilize a treatment plan to stay on track with your goals and reference to measure your progress.
